Upper Midwest Officials Association (UMOA) is a Minnesota-based non-profit organization dedicated to helping football officials advance in their careers.

 

Whether you're striving to break into Division III college football or aiming for the Big Ten, we provide the guidance, mentorship, and support needed to navigate the challenging path of becoming a top-quality official.

 

Our board is made up of current Division I officials who have firsthand experience in the journey you’re on. We've been where you are, and we’re here to help you succeed by sharing our knowledge, experience, and passion for the game.

Our mission is to help officials at all levels—from those entering Division III to those striving for the highest ranks of college football—navigate the challenges of officiating and reach their full potential.
